Silver Level. This week consists of 5 days of alpine skiing at La Dôle, near the Lake Geneva cities. Located 35 minutes from Geneva and 45 minutes from Lausanne, La Dôle mountain is the focal point above Lake Geneva, facing the Alps with a splendid view of Mont Blanc.
Supervised by a local Swiss ski instructor, children discover new slopes and improve their skiing every day while having fun and making new friends. This week is for children who can ski red slopes in a snowplow or parallel. During this week, your child will learn to be comfortable skiing parallel, ski everywhere, and control their speed.
Day 1: Parents and children are welcomed at the meeting point. Briefing with the children at the start of the ski lift. Information on the week’s schedule, level check, and group formation. Fun games & activities on skis.
Day 2: Safety and prevention on the slopes, respect for others. Group skiing and progression exercises. Fun games & activities on skis.
Day 3: Exercises and preparation for the test & medal. Group skiing and progression exercises. Fun games & activities on skis.
Day 4: Slalom, ascent to the ‘boule’ (summit of La Dôle, 1677 m), view of the Alps, group photo. Group skiing and progression exercises. Fun games & activities on skis.
Day 5: Exercises, test & medal ceremony, test booklet, and diploma (optional). Closing of the week with parents and children at the meeting point.

Bring some pocket money (Swiss francs and euros) for potential personal expenses (kiosk, ice cream, postcards…etc…) and CHF 12.- per meal if no personal picnic.

Silver Level
-1 pair of skis with safety bindings and adequate adjustment for your child. -1 pair of ski boots

-skis and poles are CORRECTLY tied together to facilitate transport with name and surname on skis and poles.
Don’t forget the ID CARD (to put in the ski jacket pocket)!
Your child must carry an INFORMATION CARD with their name, surname, address, phone number, and the language they speak.

Supervision is provided by a ski instructor. We reserve the right to cancel the week depending on conditions or lack of participants. Ski lessons are given in all weather conditions.
Price:
Our prices are per person and include supervision by an instructor, ski pass, snowshoes, booklet, test, and medal.
Group activities:
The number of participants in group activities is counted per instructor, based on safety criteria for the activity itself. The weeks take place in a good atmosphere and for the well-being of the young people. Non-compliance and actions not in line with the smooth running of the week will be sanctioned, and the child will be sent back to their parents.
Registration:
A registration is only considered upon payment of a registration fee corresponding to the price of the week, i.e., CHF 490.- per child.
Cancellation:
If, for any reason, a registered person withdraws from an activity, a 100% retention fee is applied. Any week started will not be reimbursed except in the event of a medical problem, where a week credit will be opened for the child.
Insurance:
Participants are not insured by the instructor. It is the participant’s responsibility to have adequate health and accident insurance (including accidents that may occur during mountain skiing).
Each participant must have helicopter rescue and repatriation insurance. For participants who do not have such insurance, we offer a formula with REGA to be completed and paid before the camp. Price/person: CHF 30.
Parents’ responsibility:
Parents or the legal representative assume:
– full responsibility for damages caused intentionally or unintentionally to facilities or
other items belonging to or rented by PROGRESSION
– Repatriation costs following expulsion
– Any postal return costs
Medical file:
Any medical problem must be reported to PROGRESSION in writing. Transport:
