Fauna and Flora of the Jura

About

Discover the fauna and flora of the Jura Vaudois Park!

The Jura Vaudois Park stretches from the summit of La Dôle, La Givrine, to the Molendruz Pass. This unique regional natural park is home to remote forests, mysterious marshes, karst areas, and wooded pastures surrounded by dry stone walls. All of this creates a sub-arctic-like landscape particularly attractive to hikers.

The wildlife observation we offer includes: roe deer, chamois, red deer, lynx, wolf, capercaillie, ermine, weasel, hare, fox… as well as all the bird and insect species of the region.
