Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions of the Swiss Climbing School La Dôle (hereinafter referred to as ESED):

Registration for ESED activities, camps, or services implies acceptance of these general terms and conditions.

  1. All information provided to clients is subject to change based on weather conditions, snow cover, and the opening of ski lifts.
  2. Instructors

All ESED instructors have completed training validated by Youth and Sport or mountain guide training recognized by the Swiss Mountain Guides Association (ASGM).

  1. ESED disclaims all responsibility in case of accident. Each participant must have their own accident insurance. In the event of an accident, participants or their legal guardians authorize instructors, course leaders, or any other responsible person to take all necessary measures in their interest and, therefore, to call upon emergency medical services if required. Any related costs are the responsibility of the participants.

Persons participating in activities, camps, or services provided by ESED are not covered by the school’s insurance. Each participant must insure themselves against the risks inherent in this type of sporting activity. Mountain sports are a risky activity. REGA insurance covers search, rescue, and repatriation costs. It is mandatory to participate in our activities.

  1. Prices

ESED prices are visible on our website, on booking confirmations, and on the school’s various advertising materials.

The indicated prices include the supervision and teaching services provided by ESED instructors and exclude all other services (insurance, ski lift pass, equipment, transport, and meals unless otherwise specified).
